Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked black beans
- 3/8 cup(s) salsa
- 1 egg
- 1.5 teaspoons cidar vinegar
- 1/2 cup(s) whole wheet flour
- 1/8 cup(s) cornmeal
- 3/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 3/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Mix beans, salsa, egg, vinegar. Add whole wheat flour, cornmeal, salt and pepper. Mix and
stir until well blended. Form into patties.
- Place oil in a pan on low heat.
- Place patties in pan and cook until firm and brown on one side. Flip and fry.
- Serve w/ salsa and sourcream
